(1) Overview of Daily Related Transactions
Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the 23rd meeting of the 5th Board of Directors on March 27, 2026, to review and approve the proposal on the execution of daily related transactions for 2025 and the expected situation for 2026. Related directors Luo Chuangguang, Zhang Tao, Weng Jun, Zhang Yunfei, and Xie Lu abstained from voting, while non-related directors unanimously approved the proposal. Based on the Company's development and operational needs, the expected amount of daily related transactions for 2026 is 145.47 million yuan, mainly involving procurement of goods, provision of services, sales of products, and leasing of assets.
