Through the verification of documents provided by Aerospace Technology Finance Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Aerospace Finance"), including the "Financial License" and "Business License," and reviewing financial reports such as the balance sheet and income statement, Aerospace Intelligent Manufacturing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") has assessed the operational qualifications, business, and risk status of Aerospace Finance, and has drafted the "Risk Assessment Report on Aerospace Technology Finance Co., Ltd." I. Basic Information of Aerospace Finance
Aerospace Technology Finance Co., Ltd. was established in 2001 and is a non-bank financial institution approved by the China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission. It was jointly funded by China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "Aerospace Technology Group") and 16 other member units, with a registered capital of 6.5 billion RMB. As the only modern financial enterprise of Aerospace Technology Group, Aerospace Finance aims to leverage its professional advantages in finance and capital markets to support the sustainable and stable development of China's aerospace industry, with a vision of "building a first-class aerospace finance company."
