Special Reminder
- The profit distribution plan for 2025 of Beijing Konstar Instrument Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Konstar") is as follows: Based on the total share capital of 212,430,013 shares as of December 31, 2025, a cash dividend of RMB 1.00 (tax included) will be distributed for every 10 shares to all shareholders, totaling RMB 21,243,001.30 (tax included). No bonus shares will be issued, and no capital reserve will be converted into share capital. The remaining undistributed profits will be carried forward to the next year.
- The company's profit distribution plan does not involve any circumstances that may trigger other risk warnings as per Article 9.4 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Listing Rules for Growth Enterprises.
I. Review Procedure
The company held the 12th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors and a special meeting of independent directors on March 30, 2026, where the proposal for the 2025 profit distribution plan was approved. This proposal is subject to review by the 2025 annual shareholders' meeting.
