The following is the report on the performance evaluation of Zhongshen Zhonghuan Accounting Firm for 2025 and the execution of supervisory responsibilities.

Zhongshen Zhonghuan Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongshen Zhonghuan") was established on November 6, 2013, as a special general partnership in China. The managing partner (chief partner) is Mr. Shi Wenxian. The registered address is 17-18th Floor, Yangtze River Industry Building, No. 166 Zhongbei Road, Fruit Lake Street, Wuchang District, Wuhan, Hubei Province, and it holds a practicing certificate issued by the Ministry of Finance. Its main business includes auditing and assurance, management consulting, and tax services, with 38 branches. Its predecessor, Zhonghuan Haihua Accounting Firm (Special General Partnership), was established in 1987 and joined the MAZARS International Group in 2016, becoming one of the first accounting firms in the country qualified for auditing securities, futures, and financial businesses. The firm’s origins can be traced back to the Ministry of Finance Wuhan Chinese Accounting Firm, which restructured in 2013 to cover audits for A-share listed companies and first-level central enterprises.
