I. Explanation of Relevant Situation
On March 1, 2026, Beijing Shuangjie Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") learned that its holding subsidiary, Wuxi Electric Transformer Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Wuxi Transformer"), was suspended from bidding for all product categories by State Grid Jiangsu Electric Power Co., Ltd. for three years starting from December 18, 2025, due to non-compliant behavior. In accordance with relevant regulations such as the "State Grid Corporation of China Supplier Relationship Management Measures," the State Grid headquarters decided to expand the scope of procurement categories for Wuxi Transformer starting from March 1, 2026, which will be implemented within the State Grid system and end on February 28, 2029.
