(hereinafter referred to as "Jinlei Technology," "the Company," or "the Issuer") to act as the sponsor for the Company's issuance of A-shares to specific targets (hereinafter referred to as "this Project"). Chi Yuanxing and Zhang Jingqun are the sponsor representatives specifically responsible for this recommendation, and hereby issue this listing sponsorship letter to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
