In accordance with the "Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises," the "Rules Governing the Listing of Stocks on the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange," and the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange Listed Company Self-Regulatory Management Guide No. 2—Standardized Operation of ChiNext Listed Companies," and other relevant regulations, Henan Qingcaiyuan Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "This Company") has, on the principle of prudence, conducted a thorough analysis, testing, and evaluation of assets such as inventory, receivables, construction in progress, and fixed assets to accurately and truthfully reflect the Company's asset status, financial status, and operating results as of June 30, 2026. Signs of potential impairment were identified, and asset items requiring provision for impairment were determined.
