Shenzhen Lens Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held the 11th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors on March 30, 2026, where it reviewed and approved the proposal on the reappointment of external auditors for the year 2026. The Board agreed to reappoint Tianjian Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Tianjian") as the domestic A-share audit firm and internal control audit firm for the year 2026, and to reappoint Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Hong Kong (hereinafter referred to as "Deloitte Hong Kong") as the overseas H-share audit firm for the year 2026.
