The matters included in the assessment cover organizational structure, development strategy, corporate culture, social responsibility, internal information communication, risk assessment, internal supervision, subsidiary management, information disclosure, fundraising, guarantee business, related party management, financial management, asset management, seal management, domestic sales and collections, foreign sales and collections, research and development management, procurement and inventory, production management, human resources, information security systems, etc. High-risk areas of focus include financial management, asset management, seal management, domestic sales and collections, foreign sales and collections, procurement and inventory, and information security systems. The assessment also includes independent evaluations of the design and operational efficiency and effectiveness of the Company's internal controls through risk inspections, internal audits, and audit committee inspections.
