(hereinafter referred to as "Redxiang" or "the Company") held the 13th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors on March 13, 2026, where it approved the proposal regarding the use of idle self-owned funds for entrusted wealth management by the Company and its subsidiaries. To improve the efficiency of idle self-owned funds and increase the Company's financial returns while controlling investment risks and not affecting normal operations, the Board agreed to allow the Company and its subsidiaries to use a total of no more than RMB 200 million (inclusive) of idle self-owned funds for entrusted wealth management. The duration is within twelve months from the date of the Board's approval, and the funds can be rolled over within the above limits and duration.
