Announcement on Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Cases of the Company

I. Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Cases
According to Article 8.7.3 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Stock Listing Rules," listed companies shall calculate cumulative litigation and arbitration matters on a rolling twelve-month basis. If the cumulative amount exceeds 10% of the company's latest audited net assets and the absolute amount exceeds RMB 1,000,000, disclosure obligations shall be fulfilled. Matters already disclosed in accordance with relevant regulations will not be included in the cumulative calculation.
