Announcement on Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Cases of the Company
The company and the board of directors guarantee that the information disclosed is true, accurate, and complete, and contains no false records, misleading statements, or significant omissions.
I. Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Cases
In accordance with Article 8.7.3 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange ChiNext Stock Listing Rules," listed companies shall calculate litigation and arbitration matters on a cumulative basis over a twelve-month period. If the cumulative amount exceeds 10% of the company's net assets as per the most recent audited financial statements, and the absolute amount exceeds RMB 10 million, the company must disclose this information. Matters that have already been disclosed in accordance with relevant regulations are no longer included in the cumulative calculation.
