(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the 18th meeting of the Fifth Board of Directors on June 3, 2026, and approved the "Proposal on Cash Acquisition of 51% Equity of Dongguan Kesi Yu Liquid Cooling Technology Co., Ltd." The Company agreed to acquire 51% of the equity of Dongguan Kesi Yu Liquid Cooling Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kesi Yu") in cash.
