Chapter 1 General Provisions

Article 1 To strengthen the management of shares held by directors and senior management of Kunlun Tech Co., Ltd. Article 2 This System applies to the Company's directors and senior management. Shares held by them refer to all Company shares registered in their names; for those engaged in margin trading and securities lending, it also includes Company shares recorded in their margin accounts.

Article 3 Before trading the Company's shares and their derivative products, directors and senior management of the Company shall familiarize themselves with the restrictive provisions on share changes and the prohibitions on insider trading and market manipulation stipulated in the "Company Law," "Securities Law," "Hong Kong Listing Rules," and other laws, regulations, and normative documents, as well as the securities regulatory rules of the Company's stock listing place, and shall not engage in illegal or irregular trading.

Chapter 2 Information Declaration and Disclosure

Article 4 Directors and senior management of the Company shall, within the following periods, entrust the Company to declare their personal information to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange and China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch (hereinafter referred to as the "Depository and Clearing Company") (including name, position, ID number, etc.):

(1) Newly appointed directors within 2 trading days after their appointment matters are approved by the shareholders' meeting (or employees' representative meeting);

(2) Newly appointed senior management within 2 trading days after their appointment matters are approved by the board of directors;

(3) Incumbent directors and senior management within 2 trading days after their declared personal information changes;

(4) Incumbent directors and senior management within 2 trading days after their departure;

(5) Other times as required by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.

Article 5 After the Company's directors and senior management entrust the Company to declare their personal information, the Depository and Clearing Company shall lock the Company's shares registered under their ID numbers based on the declared data.

Article 6 If a director or senior management of the Company holds multiple securities accounts, they shall merge them into one account in accordance with the regulations of China Securities Depository and Clearing Corporation Limited Shenzhen Branch; before merging accounts, the Depository and Clearing Company shall handle the locking and unlocking of each account separately according to relevant regulations.

Article 7 The Company shall, as required by the Depository and Clearing Company, confirm the information related to the share management of the Company's directors and senior management and promptly provide the confirmation results.
