The First Phase Employee Stock Ownership Plan of Yizumi Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Employee Stock Ownership Plan") held its first meeting of holders on June 1, 2026, in the conference room of Yizumi Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"). The meeting notice was delivered via electronic communication on May 27, 2026. In accordance with the provisions of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan, this meeting was convened and presided over by Mr. Xiao Debao, Secretary of the Board of Directors of the Company. Fifty holders attended the meeting, representing 14,086,600 units of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan, accounting for 61.01% of the total units of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan. The convening, holding, and voting procedures of this meeting comply with the relevant provisions of the Employee Stock Ownership Plan.
