2. Background and Objectives of This Stock Issuance
(1) Background of This Stock Issuance
- Development of the CRO Industry
The CRO (Contract Research Organization) industry is a new and emerging sector that supports national development. In recent years, the national policies have introduced a series of regulations to promote pharmaceutical research and development, facilitating the innovation of multiple projects and supporting the expansion of external services in the industry. Along with relevant laws and regulations, the industry has achieved good development in terms of regulatory environment and policy protection, which has provided a favorable environment for the company's economic development.
Among them, a series of pharmaceutical industry services closely related to technology guidance and evaluation have provided significant support for the development of the industry. In 2022, the National Medical Products Administration (NMPA) issued the "Guidelines for the Evaluation of Generic Drugs," which has promoted the development of generic drugs and the establishment of a research and evaluation system for bioequivalence (BE). This research method, which is based on the BE study design, has led to the introduction of innovative drug testing periods and scientific management of the research process. In 2026, the technical guidelines for bioequivalence studies will be further refined, helping to improve the scientific evaluation of generic drugs.
