To the Shenzhen Stock Exchange:
Western Securities Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Western Securities," "Sponsor," or "Sponsoring Institution") has been entrusted by Xi'an Tianhe Defense Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Tianhe Defense," "Issuer," or "Company") to act as the sponsor for Tianhe Defense's private placement of shares on the ChiNext market (hereinafter referred to as the "Current Offering"). Western Securities and its designated sponsors, Zhai Xiaodong and Xue Bing, have, in accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Company Law"), the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as the "Securities Law"), and other relevant laws and regulations, as well as the regulations of the China Securities Regulatory Commission and the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as the "SZSE"), acted in good faith, with diligence and responsibility, and strictly adhered to the legally formulated business rules and industry self-regulatory norms to issue this Listing Sponsorship Letter, ensuring that the information provided is true, accurate, and complete.
Unless otherwise specified in this Listing Sponsorship Letter, the terms used herein have the same meaning as in the "Prospectus for Xi'an Tianhe Defense Technology Co., Ltd.'s 2024 Private Placement of Shares."
