According to Article 9.4, Item 4 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules, the Company's stock trading will be subject to an other risk warning starting from the opening of trading on May 6, 2026.

- Daixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) issued a disclaimer of opinion on the internal control effectiveness of the Company's 2025 financial report. According to Article 9.4, Item 4 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules, "if the financial report internal control is issued a disclaimer of opinion or a negative opinion in the most recent fiscal year, or if the financial report internal control audit report is not disclosed as required," the Company's stock trading will be subject to an other risk warning by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
