According to Article 9.4, Item 4 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules," the Company's stock trading will be subject to other risk warnings starting from the opening of trading on May 6, 2026.

- Dicare Healthcare Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received a disclaimer of opinion on its internal control audit report for the fiscal year 2025. According to Article 9.4, Item 4 of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules," which states "if the financial report internal control is issued a disclaimer of opinion or a negative opinion audit report in the most recent fiscal year, or fails to disclose the financial report internal control audit report as required," the Company's stock trading will be subject to other risk warnings by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
