Investors and relevant parties should maintain sufficient risk awareness and understand the differences between plans, forecasts, and commitments, and pay attention to investment risks.
The Company requests that investors read the full text of this semi-annual report and pay special attention to the following risk factors:
- International Trade Dispute Risk
During the reporting period, the Company's overseas revenue accounted for a relatively high proportion. Meanwhile, some raw materials and equipment are sourced from imports. The future development of international trade disputes involves uncertainty, and changes in trade policies of relevant countries, including tariff policies and import/export conditions, may adversely affect the Company's business.
- Industry Policy and Development Risk
The Company's optical device products are mainly applied in the field of optical interconnection, which is significantly influenced by market demand in the optical interconnection industry. The downstream application scenarios are primarily global data centers and AI computing centers, which have a high correlation with the capital expenditures of global cloud vendors. Although global cloud vendor capital expenditures have continued to increase and the development of AI has accelerated the demand for computing power, thereby driving the Company's performance, if the construction of global data centers and AI computing centers falls short of expectations, or if national support policies change, or if new technologies and products accelerate upgrades, it may lead to a decrease in demand in the Company's downstream application fields and a slowdown in market growth, which would adversely affect the Company's operating performance and future development.
- Risk of New Product Expansion Falling Short of Expectations
Relying on its long-established optical device R&D platform, the Company utilizes the team's professional expertise in basic materials, components, optical design, and integrated packaging to develop supporting new products for customers, including basic component products and integrated device products. If downstream demand in new fields is insufficient or the competitiveness of the Company's products does not meet expectations, it may lead to the expansion of new products falling short of expectations, which may not have a positive impact on the Company's long-term performance.
