Shenzhen Absen Optoelectronic Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") plans to conduct connected transactions with Shenzhen Kunyuan Engineering Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kunyuan Company") based on its production and operational needs. The estimated amount of daily connected transactions for 2026 will not exceed RMB 9 million. The total amount of daily connected transactions with Kunyuan Company in 2025 was RMB 184.47 million.

The Sixth Board of Directors' Second Meeting held on March 27, 2026, reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Estimating the Company's Daily Connected Transactions for 2026." The Board's Audit Committee and the Independent Directors' Special Committee have also reviewed and approved it. According to the "Listing Rules of the ChiNext Market of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange" and other relevant regulations, this proposal does not need to be submitted to the shareholders' meeting for review.
