Beijing Sinnet Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") controlling shareholder, Zhoushan Baihuida Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership), planned to reduce its holdings of the Company's shares by no more than 53,927,700 shares, representing no more than 3% of the Company's total share capital, via centralized bidding and block trading between March 17, 2026, and June 16, 2026. For details, please refer to the "Announcement on the Pre-disclosure of Share Reduction by the Controlling Shareholder" (Announcement No.: 2026-004) disclosed by the Company on the Juchao Information website (http://www.cninfo.com.cn) on February 13, 2026.
The Company recently received a "Notification Letter Regarding the Reduction of Company Shares Reaching 1%" from the controlling shareholder, Zhoushan Baihuida Venture Capital Partnership (Limited Partnership). It is understood that from May 7, 2026, to June 12, 2026, it cumulatively reduced its holdings of the Company's shares by 20,810,400 shares through centralized bidding and block trading, accounting for 1.16% of the Company's total share capital. After this equity change, the Company's controlling shareholder and its persons acting in concert, Geng Guifang, Geng Yan, Guo Mingqiang, and Wang Lu, hold a total of 373,572,760 shares of the Company, accounting for 20.78% of the Company's total share capital.
