Beijing Orient Telecom Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is under investigation by the China Securities Regulatory Commission (hereinafter referred to as "CSRC") for suspected false records in periodic reports and other financial data, initiated on April 14, 2025. On September 12, 2025, the Company received the "Notice of Administrative Penalty" issued by the CSRC. According to the facts established in the Notice, the Company’s annual reports from 2019 to 2022 contained false records, and the issuance of stocks to specific entities in 2022 constituted fraudulent issuance. The Company may be subject to major illegal forced delisting as per Article 10.5.1 (1) and Article 10.5.2 (6) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules.

According to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules, if the formal penalty decision concludes that the Company is subject to major illegal forced delisting, the Company’s stock will be terminated from listing.
