(hereinafter referred to as the "Company") has compiled statistics on litigation and arbitration matters involving the Company and its holding subsidiaries within the twelve months prior to the disclosure date, in accordance with the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules" and other relevant regulations. The cumulative amount involved has reached the information disclosure standard. The relevant situation is announced as follows:
I. Basic Situation of Cumulative Litigation and Arbitration Matters
In accordance with the relevant provisions of the "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules," the Company calculates litigation and arbitration matters on a cumulative basis over a period of twelve months. Matters that have already been disclosed are no longer included in the cumulative calculation.
