Important Notice:
- The Company's stock entered the delisting period on July 19, 2021, and has completed thirty trading days as of August 27, 2021; the delisting period has ended.
- The Shenzhen Stock Exchange has decided to terminate the listing of the Company's stock, which will be delisted on August 30, 2021.
- The Company has appointed Pacific Securities Co., Ltd. as its share transfer agent to provide share transfer services and has authorized it to handle the exit registration in the stock exchange's market registration and settlement system, re-confirmation of shares, and registration and settlement in the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system, ensuring that the Company's stock can enter the National Equities Exchange and Quotations system for share transfer within 45 trading days after the end of the delisting period.
