Jiangsu Donghua Testing Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held the twelfth meeting of the sixth Board of Directors on June 11, 2026, and reviewed and approved the "Proposal on Appointing Chen Yong as Executive Deputy General Manager" and the "Proposal on Appointing Yang Fengyuan as Chief Engineer." In addition, the Company's Board of Directors recently received a written resignation report from Mr. Jiao Liang, Deputy General Manager. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Appointment of Senior Management Personnel
After the qualification review by the Nomination Committee of the Board of Directors, the Company's Board of Directors decided to appoint Mr. Chen Yong as the Executive Deputy General Manager to assist in the Company's daily operational management; and to appoint Mr. Yang Fengyuan as the Chief Engineer. The term of office for both shall commence from the date of approval by this Board meeting and end at the expiration of the term of the sixth Board of Directors.
