The Company received a qualified internal control audit report for 2025. Pursuant to Article 9.4, Item 4 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules, the Company's stock was subject to other risk warnings starting from the market opening on May 6, 2026.

Pursuant to Article 9.9 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Stock Listing Rules, during the period when other risk warnings are imposed, the Company shall disclose a progress announcement at least once a month until the corresponding situation is eliminated; pursuant to Article 10.4.4, after disclosing the risk warning announcement, the Company shall disclose the progress and risk warning announcement at least once a month until the corresponding situation is eliminated or the Company's stock trading is subject to a delisting risk warning by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
