Beijing Beixin Source Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Beixin Source") announces the following regarding the implementation of other risk warnings on its stock trading:
Special Risk Reminder:
- The Company received a negative opinion in its internal control audit report for the year 2025. According to Article 9.4, Item 4 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Growth Enterprise Market Listing Rules, the Company's stock trading will be subject to other risk warnings starting from May 6, 2026.
- According to Article 9.9 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Growth Enterprise Market Listing Rules, during the period of other risk warnings, the Company must disclose progress announcements at least once a month until the relevant situation is resolved. Article 10.4.4 requires the Company to disclose related progress and risk reminder announcements at least once a month until the situation is resolved or the stock trading is subject to delisting risk warnings by the Shenzhen Stock Exchange.
