To all shareholders of Beijing Beixin Yuan Software Co., Ltd.:
We have accepted the commission to conduct a special audit on the "Revenue Deduction Table for 2025" (hereinafter referred to as the "Revenue Deduction Table") prepared by Beixin Yuan in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange's Self-Regulatory Guidelines for Listed Companies on the Growth Enterprise Market No. 1 - Business Operations, based on the audit of Beixin Yuan's financial statements for the year 2025.
It is the responsibility of Beixin Yuan's management to prepare and disclose the Revenue Deduction Table truthfully and to ensure its authenticity, legality, and completeness. Our responsibility is to express an audit opinion on the Revenue Deduction Table based on the implementation of the audit work. We have conducted the audit in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Chinese Certified Public Accountant Auditing Standards. These standards require us to comply with the Code of Ethics for Chinese Certified Public Accountants and to plan and perform the audit work to obtain reasonable assurance that the Revenue Deduction Table is free from material misstatement.
