Beijing Beixin Yuan Software Co., Ltd. announces the implementation of other risk warnings and the suspension of stock trading.
Special Reminder:
- The auditing firm Zhongxinghua Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) (hereinafter referred to as "Zhongxinghua") issued a negative opinion on the internal control report for the fiscal year 2025 of Beijing Beixin Yuan Software Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Beixin Yuan"). According to Article 9.4, Item 4 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules, "If a company receives an internal control audit report with a disclaimer of opinion or negative opinion in the past year, or fails to disclose the internal control audit report as required," the Company has triggered the above risk warning situation. The Company's stock (abbreviated as Beixin Yuan, stock code: 300352) will be suspended for one day starting from the market opening on April 30, 2026 (Thursday) and will resume trading on May 6, 2026 (Wednesday);
- From May 6, 2026, the Company's stock will be subject to other risk warnings, and the stock abbreviation will change from "Beixin Yuan" to "ST Xinyuan," while the stock code remains "300352";
- After the implementation of other risk warnings, the daily price fluctuation limit for the Company's stock trading will still be 20%.
