I. Contract Signing Overview
Recently, a subsidiary of Goldcard Smart Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), TOO «Goldcard Smart Group Kazakhstan» (hereinafter referred to as "Goldcard Kazakhstan"), signed a contract with TOO «BTS Digital» (hereinafter referred to as "BTS Digital") for the sale of smart gas meters. The total contract amount is 6,207,508.81 million tenge (including tax, equivalent to approximately RMB 890 million).
