2. Lify Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") shares will resume trading on March 31, 2026, and enter the delisting trading period, which will last for fifteen trading days, with the expected last trading day being April 21, 2026.
3. During the delisting trading period, shares will be traded on the risk alert board. On the first trading day of the delisting trading period, the Company's share price will have no price fluctuation limit; thereafter, the daily price fluctuation limit will be 20%.
