(hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen Haoneng") and the original defendant Chongqing Xinyu Financial Leasing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Chongqing Xinyu") both appealed. The second-instance court has accepted both appeals.

Party Status of the Listed Company: Shenzhen Haoneng, a controlled subsidiary of Jiangmen Keheng Industrial Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), was the plaintiff in the first instance.

Amount Involved: In the first-instance judgment, Chongqing Xinyu was ordered to pay Shenzhen Haoneng equipment and warranty funds totaling RMB 36,545,000.00 and overdue payment penalty (not exceeding RMB 646,100.00).

Impact on the Company's Profit and Loss: The second instance of this case has not yet been heard, and the impact of the final outcome on the company's current or future profits is still uncertain. The company will continue to follow the progress of the case and make corresponding accounting treatments according to accounting standards and the actual situation at the time, which will be subject to the company's audited financial reports. In June 2026, the Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone People's Court issued a "Civil Judgment" [(2025) Yu 0192 Min Chu 806] regarding the sales contract dispute between Shenzhen Haoneng and Chongqing Xinyu. After receiving the judgment, the company's controlled subsidiary Shenzhen Haoneng appealed to the court. Recently, Shenzhen Haoneng received a "Summons" [Case No.: (2026) Yu 01 Min Zhong 9208] served by the Chongqing First Intermediate People's Court and the "Civil Appeal Statement" submitted by the original defendant Chongqing Xinyu. The progress of the litigation is hereby announced as follows:
I. Basic Information of the Litigation Matter
In January 2025, the sales contract dispute case between Shenzhen Haoneng and Chongqing Xinyu was accepted by the Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone People's Court. For details, please refer to the "Announcement on Major Litigation of Wholly-owned Subsidiary" disclosed by the company on January 13, 2025 (Announcement No.: 2025-001).
In July 2025, Shenzhen Haoneng received a "Civil Ruling" [(2025) Yu 0192 Min Chu 806] from the Chongqing Pilot Free Trade Zone People's Court. The court ruled that the sales contract dispute case filed by Sichuan Changhong Jiechuang Lithium Battery Technology Co., Ltd. against Shenzhen Haoneng due to equipment quality issues was pending, and its trial outcome would affect this case, thus ordering the suspension of litigation.
