(hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Tianjin Membrane Technology"), plans to reduce its holdings within three months starting from fifteen trading days after the announcement date (i.e., from April 23, 2026, to July 22, 2026) through centralized bidding by no more than 3,020,652 shares (not exceeding 1% of the Company's total share capital) and through block trading by no more than 6,041,306 shares (not exceeding 2% of the Company's total share capital).
