Shenzhen Zhaori Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "this Company") received a notice from its controlling shareholder, Xinjiang Chaojun Equity Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Xinjiang Chaojun"), on July 29, 2026. Xinjiang Chaojun is planning matters related to the transfer of its shares in the Company, which may lead to a change in the Company's controlling shareholder and actual controller.
