Jiangsu Dewei New Materials Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a letter from the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE") on June 15, 2022, regarding the coordination to determine the sponsor broker for Jiangsu Dewei New Materials Co., Ltd.
