The Company responds to the required public explanation as follows:
- Did your company receive a letter sent by Beijing Fuzerui Accounting Firm (General Partnership, hereinafter referred to as Fuzerui) to your company's registered address? The letter claims that this firm has never issued any audit reports or statements for your company and Chengdu Nengdun Electronics Technology Co., Ltd. since its establishment. It now requires your company to correct the relevant information and clarify the facts. Regarding your company's alleged unauthorized use of this firm's official seal and accountant's name seal, the firm reserves the right to pursue legal responsibility. The Company replies: Due to the change of office location on March 1, 2022, the change of registered address is still being processed. During this period, there were no employees working at the original office location, resulting in delayed receipt of mail. The Company actually received the letter from Fuzerui on April 20, 2022.
