Announcement on Receiving "Execution Ruling" and Progress of Execution

Recently, Yitong Century Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received an "Execution Ruling" [ (2026) Yue 01 Execution Reorganization 368] issued by the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province. The relevant situation is hereby announced as follows:

I. Case Facts and Basic Situation

(I) Parties to the Case

1. Original Public Prosecutor: Guangzhou People's Procuratorate of Guangdong Province

2. Original Defendant (Appellant): Fang Yanlin, male, born on October 24, 1963, former legal representative of Shenzhen Times Health Measurement and Analysis Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Times Health"). Convicted of contract fraud, he was criminally detained on July 11, 2018, and arrested on August 18, 2018.

3. Victim: Yitong Century Technology Co., Ltd.

(II) Basic Case Situation

Fang Yanlin, the former legal representative of Times Health, was investigated by the Tianhe Branch of the Guangzhou Public Security Bureau on July 9, 2018, for suspected contract fraud. Details are disclosed in the Company's "Announcement on Receiving the Public Security Bureau's Case Filing Notice and Major Risk Warning Announcement" (2018-068) and "Supplementary Announcement on Receiving the Public Security Bureau's Case Filing Notice and Major Risk Warning Announcement" (2018-071) disclosed on the Juchao Information Network (www.cninfo.com.cn) on July 12, 2018, and July 17, 2018, respectively.

In November 2019, the Company learned that the Tianhe Branch of the Guangzhou Public Security Bureau had transferred the case materials of Fang Yanlin's suspected contract fraud to the Guangzhou People's Procuratorate for review and prosecution. The Guangzhou People's Procuratorate had filed a public prosecution with the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court. On December 31, 2020, after trial, the Guangzhou Intermediate People's Court of Guangdong Province issued a first-instance judgment.
