(1) Personal Profile
I was born in June 1972 in China. I hold a PhD and am a certified public accountant (CPA) in China, as well as a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) in the United States. My career includes roles in investment companies and securities investment management. I have held various positions from September 2003 to July 2005 at Qinghua University, and I obtained my MBA in December 2007.
(2) Independence Declaration
During my tenure as an independent director, I have not held any positions in the Company other than that of independent director. I have no direct or indirect interests in the Company that could affect my independence.
