Report on the Assessment of the Accounting Firm's Performance in 2025 and Fulfillment of Supervisory Duties by the Board of Directors' Audit Committee
In accordance with the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Corporate Governance Rules for Listed Companies," "Measures for the Selection of Accounting Firms by State-owned Enterprises and Listed Companies," and the "Articles of Association" and "Work Rules of the Board of Directors' Audit Committee" of Ningbo Cixing Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), the Board of Directors' Audit Committee, adhering to the principle of diligence and responsibility, has conscientiously performed its duties. The report on the Audit Committee's assessment of the accounting firm's performance in 2025 and its fulfillment of supervisory duties is as follows:

- As of the end of 2025, Tianjian LLP had 250 partners and 2,363 certified public accountants, of whom 954 had signed audit reports for securities service businesses.
- In 2024, the firm served 756 listed companies (including A-shares and B-shares) with a total fee of RMB 73.5 million. These listed companies are mainly engaged in manufacturing, information transmission, software and information technology services, wholesale and retail, water conservancy, environmental protection and public facilities management, electricity, heat, gas and water production and supply, scientific research and technical services, agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry, and fishery, culture, sports and entertainment, construction, real estate, leasing and business services, mining, finance, transportation, warehousing and postal services, comprehensive, health and social work, etc.
