Jiangsu Yunyi Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") held its 13th meeting of the 6th Board of Directors on August 20, 2026, and approved the "Proposal on Terminating the Semiconductor Discrete Device R&D and Industrialization Project." In conjunction with market conditions and the Company's mid-to-long-term strategic development plan, the Company intends to terminate the semiconductor discrete device R&D and industrialization project (hereinafter referred to as the "Original Project") planned in 2022. The factory buildings already constructed for the Original Project will be centrally allocated for the intelligent wiper system project of its wholly-owned subsidiary, Jiangsu Yunrui Electrical System Co., Ltd. The Company held its 17th meeting of the 4th Board of Directors on March 9, 2022, and the 16th meeting of the 4th Supervisory Board on March 9, 2022. On March 30, 2022, the 2021 Annual Shareholders' Meeting was held, which approved the "Proposal on Investing in a New Semiconductor Discrete Device R&D and Industrialization Project." The Company planned to use its own funds to invest in the construction of the semiconductor discrete device R&D and industrialization project.
