Announcement Regarding Financial Statements and Related Notes After Correction of 2020 Accounting Errors
Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company" or "Changfang Group") held the 19th meeting of the 5th Board of Directors on July 20, 2026, where it reviewed and approved the "Proposal on the Correction of 2020 Accounting Errors." In accordance with the "Accounting Standards for Business Enterprises No. 28 — Changes in Accounting Policies and Estimates and Correction of Errors," the "Rules for Information Disclosure and Compilation of Companies Issuing Securities No. 19 — Correction of Financial Information and Related Disclosure," and the "Administrative Penalty Decision" ([2025] No. 6) issued by the China Securities Regulatory Commission Shenzhen Regulatory Bureau (hereinafter referred to as the "Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau"), the Company has retroactively corrected the accounting errors involved in the 2020 financial statements. The Company's 2020 financial statements and related notes involving the correction items are restated as follows (data affected by the correction items are shown in bold):
