Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a notice from creditor Shenzhen Yikuan Trading Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Applicant, Creditor") on March 30, 2026. The Applicant applied to the Shenzhen Intermediate People's Court on March 27, 2026, for the Company to undergo restructuring, citing the Company's inability to repay due debts and a significant lack of repayment capacity, although it has restructuring value. For details, please refer to the Company's announcement on March 31, 2026, titled "Notice of Creditor's Application for Restructuring and Pre-restructuring" (Announcement No. 2026-011). On April 3, 2026, the Company disclosed a special self-examination report regarding the creditor's application for restructuring (Announcement No. 2026-014).
