Special Reminder
- Shenzhen Changfang Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company" or "Changfang Group") received the Administrative Penalty Prior Notice [2025] No. 1 issued by the Shenzhen Securities Regulatory Bureau (hereinafter referred to as "Shenzhen CSRC") and disclosed the announcement titled "Announcement on the Company and Related Responsible Persons Receiving the Administrative Penalty Decision and Administrative Penalty Prior Notice" (Announcement No. 2025-002) on January 10, 2025. According to Article 9.4 (7) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules, the Company's stock trading has been subject to other risk warnings since January 13, 2025.
- On June 27, 2025, the Company received the Administrative Penalty Decision [2025] No. 6 from the Shenzhen CSRC, which confirmed that the violations identified were consistent with those in the Administrative Penalty Prior Notice. The violations did not trigger the circumstances for mandatory delisting as specified in Chapter 10, Section 5 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules.
- According to Article 9.9 of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules, the Company must disclose progress announcements on error corrections at least once a month during the period of other risk warnings until the financial accounting report correction announcement and the special verification opinion from the accounting firm are disclosed.
