Shenzhen Haizhi Innovation Internet Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") held a board meeting on December 8, 2025, and passed a resolution regarding the acceptance of guarantees from related parties and the provision of counter guarantees. Due to the economic development and financial requirements for 2026, the Company intends to provide guarantees exceeding 30% of the latest audited net assets.
