Important Notice:
- Fujian Zitian Media Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") received a correction order from the Fujian Securities Regulatory Bureau (hereinafter referred to as "Fujian CSRC") on February 14, 2025, titled "Decision on Corrective Measures Against Fujian Zitian Media Technology Co., Ltd." (〔2025〕7号, hereinafter referred to as "the Decision"). Due to false records in the Company's financial accounting reports, the Fujian CSRC ordered the Company to correct the relevant annual reports within 30 days from the receipt of the Decision and to undergo a comprehensive audit by an accounting firm. The Company failed to complete the rectification within the required timeframe, and its stock was suspended from trading starting March 17, 2025. After the two-month suspension period expired, the Company still did not complete the required rectification. According to Article 10.4.1(3) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules, the Company's stock will be subject to delisting risk warning starting May 20, 2025. As of now, the Company has not appointed a qualified accounting firm for securities and futures-related business, nor has it submitted a rectification report to the Fujian CSRC, which has triggered the delisting conditions as per Article 10.4.18(3) of the Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Listing Rules. The Company's stock may be delisted.
