Parties Involved: Zitian Technology, Yao Xiaoxin, LIXIANG (Chinese name: Li Xiang), Song Qing, Li Lin, Guo Min, Li Yang, Zhang Xuanzhe, Luo Lin, Zeng Liping, Xiong Yun, Zhong Xiaoyong, Wang Su.

Based on the relevant provisions of the "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China" (hereinafter referred to as "Securities Law"), the Fujian CSRC conducted an investigation into Zitian Technology's violations of information disclosure regulations and legally informed the parties of the facts, reasons, basis for administrative penalties, and the rights entitled to them.
