In 2025, as an independent director of Sanfeng Intelligent Equipment Group Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company"), I have strictly followed the "Company Law of the People's Republic of China," "Securities Law of the People's Republic of China," "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Company Listing Rules," and other laws and regulations, as well as the "Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director Work System." I. Basic Information of Independent Directors
As an independent director of the Company, I possess the qualifications for an independent director. My specific work experience, professional background, and concurrent positions can be found in the Company's "2025 Annual Report," "Section IV Corporate Governance, Environment, and Society," subsection "VI. Information on Directors and Senior Management," point "2. Employment Information." During my tenure as an independent director of the Company, I have not held any positions in the Company other than that of an independent director, nor have I held any positions in the Company's principal shareholders. There are no relationships between me, the Company, and its principal shareholders that would hinder my independent and objective judgment, and there are no circumstances that affect my independence, in compliance with the requirements of the "Administrative Measures for Independent Directors of Listed Companies," "Shenzhen Stock Exchange GEM Company Listing Rules," and other laws and regulations, normative documents, and the "Articles of Association" and the "Independent Director Work System" regarding the independence of independent directors.

As an independent director of the Company, I personally attended all Board and shareholder meetings held during my term, diligently performed the duties of an independent director, and exercised my voting rights. I was not absent, did not authorize others to attend on my behalf, and did not fail to attend meetings in person for two consecutive times.
