The individual serving as the independent director of Yangguang Electric Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is Gu Guang, born in 1963 in China. He is a non-practicing member of the Chinese Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He graduated in 1986 from Anhui University with a degree in economics and has held various positions in academia and corporate finance. Currently, he serves as a senior lecturer at Anhui University and is responsible for financial management.
