Joyvio Food Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as the "Company") received the "Notice on the Progress of International Commercial Arbitration of the Chilean Subsidiary" from Joyvio Food (Beijing) Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Food Beijing"). It is learned that Food Beijing's Chilean subsidiary, Food Investment SpA (hereinafter referred to as "Food"), has submitted a retrial application for international commercial arbitration to the Santiago Arbitration and Mediation Center of Chile (hereinafter referred to as the "Arbitration Center"). The application was accepted by the Arbitration Center on July 10, 2026, Chile time. The details are as follows:
